This is [not] an organized religion.

We do[n't] all openly hold and practice a set of common beliefs.

How can this be a religion? If everyone believes in something different - how can you unify?

Acolytes of THO all share a common, yet passionate belief in the same core concepts

1. Simple human freedoms are important.

2. You shouldn't be a dick.

3. Wednesday should be added as a day off.

4. Charity is beneficial.

5. Life should be fun.

Is Thoism for me?

Sure! No. Yes?

Becoming an Acolyte of THO is completely voluntary. As is everything once you become a follower. However, many people practice Thoist principles without even knowing it. Have you ever thought to yourself "Damn...Tis' only Wednesday"? I know. Soon we'll have a support group just for you. It plans to meet at your local bar, just after work.

What's the catch?

Hopefully not salmon. We specifically requested no salmon, and furthermore that wedding was horse shit.

If you want to be an Ordained Minister so you can perform marriage ceremonies -- go ahead. If you want to show your friends how stupid a religion based on awesomeness is, feel free to do that too.

Garb consists of shirts, pants, socks, hoodies, jackets, flasks, wallets, gollf balls...shit like that.
